Delivery Human Resource Manager for Amazon Delivery Service Partners - A3N Logistics LLC Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend Location: 1055 Bronx River Ave, Bronx, NY 10472, United States Compensation:$22.00 per hour + benefits Are you interested in a new opportunity where you can be part of the organizational management team and responsible for the team's success in safety, delivery quality, and reliability? Apply to be a Human Resource (HR) Manager for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) today. This is a crucial role within our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the end-to-end hiring and onboarding for new joiners, and offboarding process for leavers. HR will be responsible for the maintaining employee's performance metrics, providing guardrails to ensure employees have a platform to learn company's culture and expectation, supporting management in maintaining the timely and accurate submission of employees weekly timecards. A person who sets an example for the team by wearing multiple hats and works as HR Manager, and Back-Office Support as per DSP business operation needs. What You'll Do: As a member of the A3N Logistics LLC (A3NL) leadership team, this role involves coordination with the Amazon team, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, growing, and developing team members, coaches, managing timecards, and organizing team events. What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR job portals, HR tools, Payroll Systems, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety guidelines, and industry best practices
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
  • Hiring Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to meet hiring demands and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon to align hiring processes with safety expectations, on time departure/delivery, and customer service goals.
    • Forecast hiring pipelines, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • End-to-end hiring and onboarding for new joiners including DOT application process for DOT eligible drivers.
  • Team Management and Supervision:
    • Lead, train, and monitor performance of delivery drivers and Back-Office team members.
    • Closely monitor and manage timecards, time-offs, etc.
    • Provide guidance and support to the delivery team, addressing any performance issues.
    • Setting team expectations and upholding processes/procedures fairly across the board
    • Identify, coach, hire, and develop upcoming talent.
    • Managing all employee related Incident documentation including any time-offs due to on-job injury, worker's compensation cases, etc.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for drivers such as safety and quality matrix including on-time delivery rates, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze daily and weekly reports and insights on driver performance for management review.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Manage overall off-boarding process for leavers.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain effective communication channels to provide transparency and updates on hiring status with A3NL Management
