What You'll Do:

• Manage electronic invoices through multiple e-billing platforms
• Maintain timekeeper and budget info in e-billing vendor portals
• Communicate with clients to resolve invoice rejections and adjustments
• Submit, process, and track invoices to ensure approval and accuracy
• Collaborate with sales and IT teams on new platform implementations and upgrades
• Reconcile invoices between accounting systems and e-billing platforms

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of e-billing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively
