Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a remote Billing Specialist - eBiller in the Revenue Management Department of our firm. Position Summary The Billing Specialist - eBiller is responsible for the submission and review of all firm wide E-billing client invoices. The Billing Specialist - eBiller will monitor invoices that were successfully submitted to ensure that the client did not reject and/or reduce the invoice(s) on their end. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed. Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews client billing guidelines for e-billing
- Ensures timely invoice submission to clients based on agreed upon timelines
- Researches, reconciles and reviews e-billing uploads for accuracy
- Collaborates with local offices to address and resubmit invoices as appropriate to e-billing vendors
- Assists attorneys and their assistants with e-billing related inquires
Skills & Competencies - Ability to handle and process a high volume of electronic bills per month
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks

Qualifications & Prior Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in handling billing/e-billing within a law firm
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Knowledge of LEDES file required
- Advance skills utilizing e-billing software such as TyMetrix 360, TyMetrix Legal, Datacert, Serengeti, Counsel Link and Collaborati
