Our Member Solution Center (Call Center) is hiring!This position will work onsite at our Latham office. Hours will be scheduled between Monday-Wednesday 8-5pm and on Thursday & Friday 8-6pm with an occasional Saturday as needed.Starting pay, $22-23/hr based on experience.The primary focus of this position is to assist with e-commerce operations as they relate to our call center staff to improve member experience and reduce the average e-business call time. Provide excellent member service by relaying information through all electronic communications media including, but not limited to Live Chat, E-mail, and by phone.Ensures that requests made via e-mail and chat are responded to in an appropriate time frame adhering to credit union standards.Interacts with vendors whenever necessary to resolve member issues and/or complaints.Follow trends and common issues revolving around e-commerce related projects. Provides support to the Member Service staff, including but not limited to, handling member service calls during high call volume. Assists management team in creating and maintaining a sales culture and achieving sales goals. Opens and closes all types of accounts; accepts applications for membership and ensures that each document reflects the proper signatures.
