Who You Are:

We are seeking a Compliance-Focused Product Manager with expertise in ADA, Legal, Data, Regulatory, PII, and PCI compliance to join our e-commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our digital platforms meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements, while enhancing the user experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Ensure that all digital products and platforms are accessible and meet the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.
  • Implement and oversee data governance practices to ensure the security and privacy of customer data in partnership with the Data Analytics Team.
  • Manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance to protect customer information and prevent data breaches. Partner with Data Privacy Officer and IT Security Team to achieve the compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Work closely with IT, Legal, Marketing, and other departments to integrate compliance requirements into product development and operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential compliance issues.
  • Provide training and support to team members on compliance matters.
  • Create Project Charters, Business Case, Business Requirement Documents etc. and maintain them in a Confluence Page. Create tickets in JIRA. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and prepare reports for internal and external audits.

Youll Need to Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on compliance in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of ADA, GDPR, CCPA, PII, and PCI compliance.
