Linda Richards is seeking an E-Commerce Operations and Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Linda Richards E-Commerce Platform.

- E-Commerce Coordinator required to work in person at our Westchester-based corporate offices 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining product information/inventory and images on e-commerce website as well as owning the management of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upload complete product catalog on the Linda Richards e-commerce platform, including managing new product listings and updating current listings (inventory, imagery, pricing, descriptions)
- Create and edit product content for uploading
- Collaborate with sales team to update and maintain all online content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage online orders including order entry and processing; including interacting and communicating with warehouse team
- Champion the customer experience on the website, monitoring and testing site usage/performance; committed to refreshing website frequently, identifying new ideas and ways to optimize the platform
- Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and site metrics highlighting successes/challenges and providing actionable recommendations biweekly
- Support the setup, delivery, and reporting of email campaigns to assist in generating sales/orders ensuring alignment with current trends and holidays
- Ad Hoc projects including not limited to marketing (MailChimp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), product knowledge, and production assistance; opportunity to interface with ALL aspects and areas of business including design, production, warehouse, marketing, etc
Requirements:
- College Degree (preferably with a fashion/business background)
- 1-2 years of retail and e-commerce experience in Apparel/Fashion Industry, NOT required but preferred
- Experience with online e-commerce platforms preferred
- Experience with email marketing preferred
- Can-Do attitude, people person, efficient and creative problem solver, self-starter, and someone who takes ownership and is willing to own projects with consistent follow-through. No job too big or too small
- Strong ability to follow up and follow through on all tasks
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Strong working command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of retail math
