How You'll Impact
The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be an integral member of the team, responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing all E-Commerce integrations for mariatash.com. This includes supporting the mariatash.com B2C and B2B sites with oversight of Global Product Pricing, Inventory Management, Order Management, Analytics, Site Usability, and overall optimization of the business to achieve financial goals.
A key responsibility of the role will be contributing to the migration of our website from the Magento platform to Shopify. Experience with or a strong interest in site migrations will be highly valued.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for managing the entire MARIA TASH product catalog, including product creation, collections, landing pages, imagery, and product categorization/filtering.
- Deliver reports and analysis on product and site performance, including KPIs, with actionable recommendations for future opportunities.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve conversion rates, user experience, and content.
- Review and respond to sales performance, continuously optimizing to drive results.
- Oversee orders, high-value transactions, backorders, and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Merchandising, IT, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.
- Partner with external vendors, including Site Developers, Feed Management, ERP, ESP, and Global E-commerce partners.
- Identify issues within the e-commerce ecosystem, communicate clearly with appropriate parties, and manage projects to final resolution.
- Ensure deadlines are met with external partners and assist in shaping the overall digital roadmap for the company.
- Propose and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience on the site(s).
- Identify key trends and maximize opportunities to drive growth and profitability across the entire e-commerce business.
- Share responsibility for site updates, including the homepage, landing pages, and content.
- Manage and improve e-commerce integrations, including:
- Reporting and Reconciliation (Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento)
- Digital Asset Management (Cloudinary)
- Order Management (Teamwork)
- Fulfillment/Returns/Exchanges (Teamwork, ShipStation, Customer Service Team)
- Email Service Provider (Klaviyo)
Who You Are
- 4-6 years of e-commerce experience.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Shopify; experience migrating a site to Shopify is a significant plus.
- Proficient in site analytics, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
- High level of proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to urgent timelines and thrive under high-demand conditions.
