Title: E-Learning Technology SpecialistLocation: Mid-Atlantic RegionEmployment Type: Full-Time/PermDescription: We are seeking an E-Learning Technology Specialist responsible for creating and managing e-learning programs to enhance technology adoption among professionals and administrative staff. This role involves developing innovative learning solutions, coordinating with leadership to identify training needs, and maintaining content within the organizations Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, instructional design proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality learning experiences.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement e-learning strategies and training content to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with IT leadership and functional teams to assess and address training requirements. Lead initiatives to adopt emerging e-learning technologies to improve learning delivery. Act as a project team member for high-visibility change management efforts. Develop communication strategies to support e-learning program rollouts. Gather input from subject matter experts to create relevant course materials. Optimize and manage e-learning offerings, ensuring alignment with performance metrics. Coordinate with vendors to customize e-learning technologies to organizational needs. Oversee LMS functionality, including course uploads, notifications, and reporting. Facilitate live or recorded training sessions as needed.Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably within professional services or legal environments. Strong experience with LMS platforms as a developer or administrator. Proficiency in instructional design focused on adult learning theories. Competence with multimedia development tools, including audio and video editing software. Broad understanding of current and emerging e-learning technologies and development tools. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desired Skills: Familiarity with technologies and applications common in professional services, such as collaboration and document management solutions. Advanced knowledge of HTML and other e-learning content development tools. Masters degree in instructional technology, education, or related fields.
