Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: For purposes of 42 USC 12101:•Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all participants using the E-Sports room by providing qualitycustomer service.•Registers users and process facility visits using the registration site. Monitor check-in procedures.•Provide minor technical support to enhance the patron's experience.•Respond to questions from patrons and educate users, parents, and visitors on E-Sports operations,including programming, equipment, and policies.•Keep E-Sports room, equipment and supplies clean and sanitized and ready for use by patrons.•Enforce all E-Sports and building policies, procedures, and code of conduct.•Monitor E-Sports room to ensure all users are engaging in appropriate conduct at all times.•Manage opening and closing procedures of the E-Sports room. Secure all equipment at closing.•Report technical and operational issues to Manager of Duty.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Performs other duties as required. (5%) Typical Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:•High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred;•Must be at least 15 years of age.LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:•CPR and First Aid certification required within the first thirty days of employment.
