As a student worker for the Esports Arena, you will serve as the person who manages the day to day activities of the esports facility.
You will be required to deal with a wide variety of issues to lend assistance primarily to LIU Brooklyn students and visiting guest.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, tracking the use of the computer and console spaces, assisting with troubleshooting computer problems and elevating issues as needed, and keeping the space tidy.
Principle Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to guest and students entering in the esports arena.
* Assure that students are signing in to the room in order to use the equipment
* Track the use of the computer and console space to ensure maximum efficiency
* Keep track of issues the facility is having and then elevating them to the proper authority.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary facility.
* Keep a list of all the games club members and users of the facility want installed on the computers.
