JOB SUMMARY: The overall responsibilities of the E-Wholesale Associate Manager will be to drive the growth, stability and profitable sales of all Ecommerce Wholesale Partners, with an emphasis on Amazon, Sephora and marketplaces. The right candidate should be computer savvy, detail oriented and a proactive team player. Will drive activities to support the growth of pure ecommerce wholesale partners from A to Z from proposing growth plans, launching products, catalog management, supporting the director of wholesale in overseeing the digital advertising agency strategy to analyzing sales and recommending strategy shifts. The e-Wholesale Associate Manager will also explore new business opportunities, including new marketplace programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Web Partners
- Maintain and optimize of product listings (stock accuracy, titles, descriptions, etc.) on Web Partners' sites.
- Source assets and work with social/web teams to develop content to drive conversion and product sales.
- Monitor Amazon (1P and 3P) daily to ensure order fulfillment and that Amazon's KPIs are met
- Prepare content and sales analysis for seasonal market meetings with e-wholesale partners Amazon, etc.
- Help develop and implement Web Partners' SEO strategy to drive traffic and page views
- Support Director to manage e-wholesale advertising agency to ensure KPIs are met
- Support Director to manage spend budget to support e-wholesale channels
- Complete new product set-up forms and work with Regulatory department to ensure asset compliance.
- Ensure all PDP pages are at their optimal level to generate positive KPI's to hit sales targets
- Manage catalog (SKU changes, pricing updates) with all ecommerce partners
- Report on Web Partner sell-out on a weekly basis.
- Be a key user of Channel Advisor and Commerce Hub from the commercial team (liaise with IT key user for technical support and platform stability)
- Observe stock sell-through in order to updates forecasts in a regular basis.
- Monitor partnership activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to help execute Wholesale programs and promptly troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.
- Support department with additional projects including competitive tracking, data analysis and operational projects related to ecommerce websites of our omni partners (Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora, etc.)
- Support dropship partners and stability of commerce operations for QVC and any future dropship partners
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree EXPERIENCE: Candidate should have 2-3 years in an ecommerce professional environment, with experience in digital sales (e.g. Ecommerce or Marketplaces). Experience with pure play online wholesalers and/or Amazon (1P or 3P) is strongly preferred. SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of digital asset management (e.g. photo resizing and formatting).
