With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,000+, and has 55 offices in 20 countries within key global markets.Our challengeWe are seeking a talented and experienced Eagle Automation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions within the Eagle Investment Systems environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Eagle Investment Systems, automation tools, database management, scripting and programming, system integration, and performance optimization.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $115k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).The RoleResponsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of automation solutions within the Eagle Investment Systems environment to optimize operational efficiency and data management.
  • Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to streamline data management, processing, and reporting within the Eagle Investment Systems platform.
  • Manage and optimize databases within the Eagle environment, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Integrate Eagle Investment Systems with other internal and external systems to facilitate seamless data flow and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and optimize performance within the Eagle environment.
Requirements:You are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications in Eagle Investment Systems preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Eagle Investment Systems, including data management, processing, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in automation tools, scripting, and programming languages for the development of automation solutions within the Eagle environment.
  • Strong database management skills, with the ability to optimize performance and ensure data integrity within the Eagle environment.
  • Experience in system integration, particularly integrating Eagle Investment Systems with other internal and external systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and optimize performance within the Eagle environment
