The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Strategy Analyst!We are looking for a talented Strategy Analyst who wants to be part of a team to grow our North American Business and be responsible for key strategic questions within the Strategic projects and transformation team in the new Market Area North America (MANA) Strategy and Technology Unit. We are seeking an experienced management consultant to join our high-performing and fast-paced team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. In this role, you will get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across Strategy, Technology, Business Development, Commercial Management, Sales and Delivery. Longer term, there are managerial career opportunities with Ericsson globally for high performers. The everchanging environment and competitive landscape makes this a dynamic and challenging environment that spans transformative technology trends, emergence of Network APIs, new competitors, and complex business problems.
What you will do- Formulate actionable problem statements from open-ended business issues and design required analysis
- Contribute to projects as a subject matter expert and driver of project work streams
- Carry out data gathering and interviews, execute analyses and synthesize findings to conclusions and recommendations
- Develop skills for future management roles at Ericsson
- Drive and support Strategic projects of primary importance to Market Area North America (MANA) and/or Ericsson
- Leverage own acquired expertise and experience across strategy and technology topics
- Analyze and articulate, the strategic and economic implications of technology trends, events, and scenarios
- Work on strategic projects in support of group KSQ activities, e.g., RAN technologies, Cloudification, AI, Dedicated Networks etc.

- 2+ years of consulting experience from a globally recognized top-tier management consulting firm
- Excellent problem-solving skills including problem structuring, solutioning, and making recommendations
- Solid analytic ability including structuring and maintaining financial models and performing advanced Excel analysis
- Outstanding communication skills, oral and written (ppt and doc)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and produce distinctive deliverables
- Excellent academic background with a master's degree, MBA or similar in business and/or engineering
- Preferably, experience serving clients in the telecom/datacom/cloud industries
- Proven experience of delivering impactful advice and presentations to top-executives
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies and concepts, e.g., RAN, RF engineering, AI/ML, self-organizing networks (SON), Network-as-a-Platform (NWaaP), public cloud integration
- Proven track-record delivering on responsibilities in line with this role
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across a large variety of units, other groups and partners to advance key project deliverables
In addition, we believe you have:- BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, MBA degree or equivalent
- Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
- Keen interest to learn and to broaden experience
- Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
- Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
- Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
