Early Childhood Education CoordinatorSpring Valley, NY$50 per hourOur client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Coordinator fluent in Yiddish to join our team. The coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing educational programs for young children, ensuring a nurturing and enriching environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive early childhood education curriculum that aligns with developmental milestones and educational standards.
- Instructional Leadership: Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
- Cultural Integration: Incorporate Yiddish language and cultural elements into daily activities and lessons to enhance cultural awareness and linguistic skills among children.
- Professional Development: Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to ensure the highest quality of early childhood education practices.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee classroom management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Yiddish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hours:
- Winter: 9 AM - 3 PM, Sunday through Thursday
- Summer: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday
