  • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year baccalaureate degree program from an accredited institution.
  • This program is targeted towards students who are committed to diversity, students who do not have exposure to the financial services industry, students who are the first in their family to attend a four-year college program, and students who have overcome adversity.
  • 3.3 minimum GPA is preferred

Whether it's honing your skills or building your network, we know that success cannot come without growth. Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to learn about the many divisions across the bank, build technical skills, and successfully navigate our Summer Analyst interview process.WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO SUCCEED.Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and intense interview preparation for the 2026 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out this application, you are applying to Corporate Banking San Francisco. Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you're applying to.Throughout the program, you'll engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development. By applying to your chosen business track, you're taking the first step toward building a successful career in your field of interest. We will provide an educational office hours where students will get an overview of the various businesses at Citi. At the conclusion of this program, you will be able to select your interest in our various tracks. Application Guidelines:
  • Please note that you can apply to up to two business tracks.
  • If you wish to apply to more than one, you will need to complete a separate application for each track.
  • Candidates may apply to two (2) lines of businesses MAX within the Early ID Program and will be considered equally for both businesses.
  • Students who apply to more than 2 businesses will be ineligible for the Early ID Program
  • All applications must be submitted by 11/22/2024 at 11:59PM EST
  • After the application deadline, all eligible candidates will receive a survey to select their tracks

  • The Early ID program is a three-week virtual program aligned to the programs below. As a participant, you will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in virtual technical training and business specific workshops and have a mentor guide you along the way.

  • You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution.
  • All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership, and interest in the financial services industry. A 3.3 GPA is preferred.
