You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes the development and growth of each child.What you'll get to do:- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected.- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, and provide feedback and guidance to promote their learning and development.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's progress and development.- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.We are requiring all new team members to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine*, except where a reasonable medical or religious accommodation can be granted.
