Our mission at Calvary is to provide a Christ-centered educational experience from Infant to 12th grade through the development of the total student: spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. The Calvary Early Learning Center is aligning with Calvary Day School to create an environment that prepares all students for success through learning and play. We are seeking teachers, for the ages 6 weeks through 9 months, who have a passion for teaching in a Christian environment. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of infants who are learning through play and curriculum.Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages infants to explore and make decisions with confidence.Provides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior.Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playgrounds.Observes all rules and regulations at Calvary Day School and the local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children.Implements the daily classroom schedule in accordance with Calvary Early Learning Center Day curriculum and programming.Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions.Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Calvary Day School Employee Handbook.
