Your Impact & Opportunity

As an Early Talent & Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships and proactively acquiring the best talent, by maintaining key internal and external relationships such as College and University Career Centers, hiring managers, and candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of co-managing Everest's Summer Internship Program, and various DEI initiatives. This role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate various assignments and a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and project plans, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve goals, and uphold commitments
  • Internal and external event planning and management
  • Execute on recruiting and DEI strategic goals
  • Integrate the needs of the business into innovative and creative recruiting strategies that you execute on
  • Research, organize and manage virtual and on-site recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
  • Act as the face of Everest and as a champion of our fully inclusive culture. You'll share our engaging story with candidates and guide them through the Early Talent Acquisition process delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Co-manage the Summer Internship Program
  • Support Early Talent Marketing & Communication efforts
Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of university recruiting or corporate recruiting experience
  • Prior experience with implementing DEI Recruiting strategies is preferred
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of Workday
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive/forward thinking, sound judgment in decision making
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
