Porters: Pay Rate D.O.E.
Job Description:
The porter/groundskeeper provides basic light maintenance functions and cleaning for the property.
The porter/groundskeeper is charged with providing exceptional service by maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience working as a Porter/Groundskeeper for residential properties is required.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace outdoor environment.
- Must be prepared to deal with trash services
- Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a criminal background check - no felonies
- Must be able to take direction from management
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be on-time and work full schedule
- Must have excellent customer service
Areas that the porter may need to address are:
- Painting interior/exterior
- Janitorial duties
- Laundry facilities
- Trash bins and dumpsters
- Maintain Landscaping
- Assisting maintenance personnel
