Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eBay Lister to join our fast-paced team! This role is dedicated to the daily listing of our inventory on eBay. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of online product listings, including condition grading (e.g., new, refurbished, and for parts). Experience with tools, electronics, and appliance parts is highly preferred. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Inspection:

  • Identify high-value inventory items for resale based on condition, market demand, and pricing trends.

2. Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring all listed items are accurately represented in the inventory management system

3. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and provide updates on listed items.

4. Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or receiving area.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and locate merchandise within the warehouse.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that items meet our standards before they are shipped to customers.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing packages using shipping software.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience listing products on eBay or other online marketplaces.

  • Strong understanding of product categories, especially tools, electronics, and appliance parts.

  • Ability to evaluate product conditions accurately and determine appropriate listing descriptions.

  • Proficiency with eCommerce platforms and inventory management systems.

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime during peak seasons.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
