03rd December, 2024As a Call Center Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include leading and managing a team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will oversee team performance, handle escalated inquiries, and assist in implementing strategies to achieve goals. This role requires fostering a positive work environment, promoting professional development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support a team of ~20 call center agents.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client policies and expectations.
- Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Assist team members with day-to-day questions or operational challenges.
- Compliance and Quality:
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, including HIPAA and TCPA, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Promote a high-energy, compliant, and collaborative workplace culture.
- This role deals with debt recovery specifical to the healthcare industry. Ideal candidate will understand that unique challenges that patients and families are dealing with while also focusing on finding solutions regarding outstanding balances.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or collections environment preferred.
- Strong conflict resolution and exemplary customer service skills.
- Highly adaptable to change with strong problem-solving abilities.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 10 AM-7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM-5 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a desktop computer for extended periods.
- Frequent talking, hearing, and typing.
- Occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, or kneeling.
