Job Description:

Experience, Duties, and Responsibilities Interfaces, Functional Analyst

Required experience:

Minimum 5 years of development experience in S/4HANA to include:

o OData Services

o Front end Fiori application development

o ABAP Rest Programming Model

o SAP ABAP procedural and object-oriented programming

o ABAP Core Data Services

o User Exits BADIs

o Module Pool Programs

Working in a project-oriented environment.

Performing root cause analysis.

Preparing and presenting best technical solutions for business requirements and/or issues.

Mandatory Training in SAP S/4HANA

CAMS will be transitioning to the SAP S/4HANA applications. Required knowledge for staff augmentation resources under this contract require S/4HANA advanced training. The consultant must satisfactorily complete at least 40 hours of advanced training in the SAP S/4HANA applications at the contractors or consultants expense. The Department will not provide, arrange, or pay for the training, and will not reimburse the contractor or consultant for the cost. The time needed for this training may not be billed to the Department. The contractor must provide documentation with its reply that the consultant has completed the training, or the training can be completed, and the documentation provided to the Department within six months after the effective date of the contract. Documented technical experience equal to 1000 or more hours on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project will be accepted in lieu of this training requirement.

Preferred Experience:

All phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.

Front end Fiori application development

SAP SD/CRM module and web-UI/Web-IC

Experience with ECC in SAP.

Experience with CRM in SAP.

Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications.

S/4 HANA migration

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct review and analysis of functional specifications or blueprint documents to provide technical approach and solution and effort estimates.

Troubleshoots and resolves incidents and issues.

Identify, prioritize, resolve, document, and communicate technical and operational issues related to internal software applications.

Engage with end users in a professional and helpful manner as needed.

Meet with business process to provide solutions and assist in the development needed to meet business and end-user needs.

Meet with functional and/or technical staff to discuss technical approach and solutions and to explain system functionality.

Conduct system functionality review based on current code and/or technical specifications.

Prioritize solutions that are configurable and standard over development of custom.

Collaborate with other team members effectively.

Answer FAQs.

Knowledge transfer to technical staff.

Create system documentation and other artifacts.

Provide status reporting of assignments.

Perform peer code reviews.

Properly estimate work efforts and technical challenges (scoping projects).

Map the Programs business processes to appropriate technology solutions.

Perform other related duties, as required.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Education - bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
