UPMC Williamsport is seeking a dedicated full-time Echo Technologist to join our Noninvasive Cardiology Department. This role offers a dynamic schedule with various dayshift hours (between 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), including rotation and call obligations. \nWhy UPMC Williamsport? \n\nPremier Benefits Package: We care for your total well-being — physically, emotionally, and financially. \nCareer Advancement: Endless opportunities for growth and educational development. \nSupportive Team Environment: Join an amazing team that values collaboration and excellence. \n\nExciting Perks! \n\nGenerous Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nPerform Diagnostic Echocardiographic Evaluations: Including Complete Echocardiographic studies, Enhancement (Definity) Studies, Bubble Echo Studies, Stress Echo, and Transesophageal Echo studies. \nPrepare Testing Procedures: Document measurements and findings, present written orders, and log appropriate information. \nData Management: Accurately enter patient demographics and information using Syngo and MUSE systems. \nEquipment Maintenance: Clean and stock machines daily, and alert personnel of needed repairs and supplies. \nBilling: Complete billing for all Echo procedures using the Hospital's eRecord system by the end of your shift. \n\nWhat We're Looking For: \n\nAttention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all procedures and documentation. \nTechnical Proficiency: Skilled in M-Mode, 2D, Doppler, Color flow Doppler, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Echo Enhancement, Bubble studies, and Stress Echocardiography. \nTeam Player: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. \n\n If you're ready to take your career to the next level and be part of a team that's making a real impact, apply today and discover where your career can take you with UPMC Williamsport!\n Completion of an accredited sonographer program with registration or registration eligibility. Ability to work flexible hours and days of the week including weekends and holidays.
