You will partner closely with key customers to drive growth. Self-motivation, good judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, and exceptional communication are essential to succeed in this role.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for trading partners, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for trading partners, addressing routine inquiries and providing operational support.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Build strong relationships with operational stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Actively seek feedback and adapt strategies to enhance partnerships.
  • Create actionable plans to enhance business relationships.
  • Oversee the partnership of your account(s) as a key contact and solution provider, proactively identifying issues and developing solutions
Promotion, Pricing, & Product Content
  • Responsible for communication regarding promotions, pricing, and product content.
  • Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for your account(s) while working across multiple teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Execute promotional campaigns with a focus on account growth and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely product updates.
Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyze sales data and performance reports to assess account effectiveness.
  • Analyze reports and merchandising data to assess account performance.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine the performance of the customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement to meet/exceed targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities to continually acquire market share.
  • Support broader competitive analysis efforts to contribute insights for growth.
  • Use insights to inform account strategies and product offerings.
Operational Management
  • Oversee product listings on online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product data and listings.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to align strategies and drive account performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure partner compliance with operational guidelines and document account activities thoroughly.
QualificationsSkills & Minimum Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years in e-commerce account management or related field
  • Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Houzz, Rugs Direct, and Target) is preferred.[SB1] [CA2]
  • Familiarity with managing relationships for a manufacturer or distributor.
  • Familiarity with 1P and 3P selling models is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with partners and internal teams.
  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations.
  • Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time
