POSITION SUMMARY: The eCommerce Manager is responsible for supporting the eCommerce growth strategy and execution for Thorne's online presence. This role will focus on content and personalization management, improving site performance, and overseeing reporting and analytics to optimize conversion rates and driving online sales. The ideal candidate has a strong background in similar eCommerce roles, digital analytics, and customer experience with a passion for health and wellness.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.
* Support eCommerce strategy and manage site operations to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement on thorne.com.
* Manage the creation of new site content, content updates, product launches, and personalization across the eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
* Analyze website performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify opportunities for optimizations.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to create and implement merchandising strategies that enhance user experience.
* Oversee digital experience A/B testing and personalization efforts to continuously improve the customer journey and engagement.
* Utilize eCommerce reporting tools to create actionable insights and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
* Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the eCommerce landscape.
* Work closely with the development and design teams to ensure site functionality and UX are aligned with best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. 3-5 years' experience required in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing an eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
* Experience in content management systems (CMS) and personalization tools.
