Your Role The Web Operations Coordinator is a full time, entry-level position supporting the BG.com online assortment. This position provides first-hand insight into the Web Operations team and offers potential career progression into other Merchandising areas. The Web Operations Coordinator will report to the BGO Operations Manager. What You'll Do
  • Facilitate set-up of online items in internal systems from creation to publication
  • Obtain vendor copy information and enter it in the item set-up program
  • Ensure copy information is complete and associated with correct item
  • Review site regularly to identify and resolve issues
  • Maintain item updates and adjustments through full lifecycle
  • Establish and maintain excellent partnerships with assigned buying division
  • Additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • 1-2 years previous work experience in an e-Commerce or Omni role
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are fully completed
  • Detail oriented
