The Order Fulfillment Associate is part of our Ecommerce | Fulfillment team & is responsible for the review & entry of customer received orders. This includes but is not limited to reviewing & keying orders received via automated methods & those received via email along with reviewing order fulfillment related reports. The position requires a detailed level of attentiveness to ensure orders are handled properly & provide customer support as needed related to orders. Preferred Experience:
- Education/Certification(s): Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry and customer service
