Project Role: Ecommerce Site Marketing The E-commerce team is seeking an online shopping enthusiast who is both analytical and creative-minded to provide recommendations to level-up the direct-to-consumer loyalty program. The project focus will be on marketing and include a thorough internal performance analysis & competitive audit to develop a proposal for future state rewards point structure, offers and site experience with the objectives to of increased member purchase frequency and engagement. This project will focus on both the strategy creation and execution of marketing tactics for loyalty. The team would like for a thorough internal performance analysis & competitive audit that identifies key elements for future loyalty enhancements. Finally, our candidate will review the digital experience and provide recommendations to increase the members purchase frequency and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Wrangler and Lee E-commerce loyalty program assessment and proposal for marketing optimizations based on in-depth analysis of performance & structure to-date and competitive audit of similar brand site loyalty programs. Development of cross-channel marketing strategies to increase engagement and purchase frequency.
- Propose program points structure and benefits changes that will increase purchase frequency and program engagement.
- On-site CX recommendations for increased acquisition via enrollments and improved member experience (shopping path-to-purchase & post-purchase communication)
- Cross-channel communication touchpoint & cadence recommendations to streamline and engage members
- Proposed actions to increase purchase frequency by member cohorts including events, offers, tiers and expanded capabilities & benefits
Skills for Success: - Passion for retail, curiosity and up-to-date on digital marketing tactics
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism & Communication, Apparel Studies or related field
- Technical Skills (i.e. MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, etc.)
