Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced eCommerce Store Manager to oversee our online store listings, content creation, and SEO optimization for handmade soap, cleaning, and bath & body products. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings on our BigCommerce store and external platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.) to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality listings.Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management: Review, update, and improve product listings on eCommerce platforms and connected marketplaces to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Product Quality Assurance: Regularly review drop-shipped products to ensure they meet quality standards; report any inconsistencies and collaborate with the team to make necessary adjustments.
- SEO Optimization: Use SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush) to research and incorporate relevant keywords into listings for higher search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Approve and create engaging and informative content highlighting the benefits and unique qualities of handmade soap, cleaning, and bath & body products.
- Visual Content Design: Use Canva Pro to create visually appealing images, banners, and other graphics that align with brand aesthetics and boost product visibility.
- Platform Integration Management: Ensure seamless product listing synchronization across BigCommerce and external stores (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.), managing any platform-specific requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends in handmade and eco-friendly bath products to inform product descriptions and marketing content.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor listings for consistency and branding, checking for errors and ensuring optimal presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with team members on product listing adjustments and quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in BigCommerce: Proven experience managing and optimizing stores on BigCommerce and its integrations.
- Knowledge of eCommerce Platforms: Familiarity with eCommerce listing management and marketplace policies.
- SEO Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like SEMRush for keyword research and SEO enhancement.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong writing skills to craft compelling product descriptions and marketing content.
- Experience with Canva Pro: Proficiency in Canva Pro for designing branded graphics and promotional materials.
- Familiarity with Marketplace Platforms: Knowledge of listing management on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, and similar platforms.
- Team Player: Willingness to work closely with team members to implement listing improvements and product updates as needed.
- USA Business Hours Availability: Must be available to work during standard USA business hours.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate and appealing product listings across platforms.

- E-commerce Experience: Background in e-commerce, particularly in handmade or eco-friendly products.
