JOB TITLE: eCommerce & Website Specialist JOB SUMMARY: The eCommerce & Website Specialist will help develop and execute digital business strategies that align to the company's goals by owning the online customer experience of Garlock's US/Canada website. This role will coordinate and manage ongoing improvements as well as collaborate with all internal teams, stakeholders, and external support vendors to drive the digital vision and strategy for Garlock. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Act as the primary site administrator of the Garlock North America websites; work with internal and external stakeholders to make content updates. Help create and maintain a roadmap for Garlock North America ecommerce websites that are aligned with business priorities and available technologies. Design new web pages in collaboration with the Marketing team and other stakeholders. Administrate all Garlock North America eCommerce websites and their associated platforms, systems and technologies. Act as a customer advocate; improving the digital ecosystem to create greater customer value. Provide technical support to customers and internal business users for website related issues. Collaborate with the commercial teams to deliver compelling content that will improve SEO and the online customer experience. Create and develop analytics dashboards to measure KPI's, monitor traffic, measure impact of enhancements, measure effectiveness of campaigns, etc. Utilize web analytics and data to interpret and uncover insights to identify opportunities to improve traffic generation and user experiences. Utilize web analytics to measure and communicate KPIs and report on the effectiveness of eCommerce activities. Monitor web analytics for accuracy and work with technical support to resolve issues. Develop business justification for site enhancements; align stakeholders and garner approval. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and software vendors to prioritize and implement new features and enhancements to Garlock's sites. Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver content for site promotions, social media, landing pages, email messages, and brand development. Work closely with IT to ensure that existing integrations are performing as expected and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to enhance integrations as needed. Monitor web traffic and site performance to identify, prevent and resolve issues. Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend site enhancements. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required 3 years experience in eCommerce/website administration or development Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred Experience with B2B eCommerce preferred Strong passion for creating digital shopping and buying experiences General knowledge of PIM systems and product content management Knowledge of SEO best practices and current developments Strong Excel skills preferred Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and database queries Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and online metrics Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development Experience with Optimizely Configured Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce CRM, Syndigo PIM preferred but not required. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $61,848.91 - $100,504.48 annually. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
