Description: eCommerce Wine Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our Online Customers. They will report directly to the eCommerce Wine & Liquor Coordinator. They will make sure all Online orders are fulfilled, packaged and shipped in a timely fashion. They will assist in receiving, storing and stocking of online merchandise while ensuring proper rotation and quality. They will maintain our online wine listings on our eCommerce platform.
