We are seeking an experienced Monitoring and Compliance Analyst who has a proven track record of exceeding expectations and ensuring organizational adherence to laws and regulations through data analysis, regular audits, and inspections. They prepare detailed reports, develop and implement compliance policies, and educate employees on compliance standards. Additionally, they identify and mitigate risks while continuously monitoring activities to align with evolving regulations.Position Summary:As a Compliance and Monitoring Analyst, you'll analyze our organization and ensure we're following all rules and regulations. You'll track policies, review programs, and assess progress to ensure we're hitting our goals. You'll manage data, prepare reports, and keep our projects aligned with our strategic plan. Additionally, you'll oversee the monitoring of funds, establish workflows with the help of AI and data teams, and develop procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct organizational analyses for assigned areas.
- Interpret existing rules, regulations, and policies.
- Track, analyze, and provide advice on policies and operational issues.
- Assist with program reviews, monitoring, and progress assessment.
- Consult with officials to enhance programmatic systems.
- Ensure alignment of project activities with the organization's strategic plan.
- Enter, retrieve, and maintain data in intelligence due diligence databases.
- Prepare various reports as needed.
- Oversee continuous monitoring of awarded funds.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with award terms.
- Establish workflows and open source continuous-monitoring capabilities.
- Outline and support the establishment of a legal framework for continuous monitoring.
- Develop standard operating procedures for continuous monitoring.
- Create processes to ingest data from site visits and develop Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
- Coordinate the development of legal frameworks for site visits.
QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor of Laws / LLB is preferred
- 5-10 years' experiencesupporting the US Government in the following:
- Foreign Direct Investment
- Economic Security Programs
- Anti-Money Laundering
- TS/SCI Required
