This role will be an integral part in leading the charge by helping Ava Labs with more exchanges and wallets in order to better serve the Avalanche Ecosystem.WHAT YOU WILL DOManage existing exchange relationships, monitor key liquidity and volume metrics, and collaborate both with external partners and internally with marketing to increase awarenessCreate new exchange partnerships and listingsRepresent ecosystem projects and native assets â be an ambassador for the ecosystem with existing and new exchange partnersManage existing wallet partnerships, identify and partner with new and emerging wallets to drive usersCollaborate with Product to inform creative product offerings geared at supporting current and new wallet integrationsAnalyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholdersAttend global conferences and coordinate partnership meetingsEnsure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunityWHAT YOU WILL BRINGBachelor's Degree or higher8+ years of experience with a trading or finance preferredStrong understanding of how exchanges operatePrevious experience with an exchange, wallet, or digital asset projectExperience analyzing and assessing market dataIn depth knowledge of crypto and exchange regulation â KYC/AML, compliance, and technical backgroundDetail orientedSalary Range: $159,197 to $198,996(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)WHY AVA LABS?If you've ever thought about joining an early stage Web3 company - this is it!
