Seeking an eDiscovery Analyst II with 3+years' experience for our clients' New Jersey office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer Relativity (Relativity Server and RelOne will be referred to simply as “Relativity”) workspaces, including user permission management, database and coding pane design, indexing, import/export of fielded data, OCR/extracted text, and metadata.
- Manipulate and prepare early case reports of load files and raw data using specialized tools.
- Create and manage Relativity workspaces, including creating layouts, conducting searches, preparing productions and trial materials, and effectively cull, search, and use the data.
- Provide high level technical support to end-users via telephone and email for Relativity, Citrix ShareFile, PageVault etc.
- Receive and manipulate PST files, MBOX files, mailbox containers, and other files for processing into Relativity workspaces.
- Conduct full technical analysis of data once in Relativity.
- Provide Relativity end-user support with search term reports, use of dashboards, use of threading to identify inclusive families, non-inclusive families, privilege screens, creation of review batches, customization of views, layout, fields, choices, creating/adding terms to persistent highlighting, layered searches to identify internal emails, different domains, multi-layer criteria for production purposes, multi-layer criteria for identification/exclusion of documents.
- Process data sets of all sizes and complexity through Relativity; creating processing sets, modifying processing profiles, and processing data as per customer specifications. Enabling filters during processing to exclude file types such as DB files or other unreviewable content. Retry and analyze document errors. Identify data that was not promoted into relativity due to files being incompatible and/or password protected.
- Assist case teams with document productions of all sizes and complexity. Conduct preproduction quality control analysis of production admin searches to narrow and identify production sets based on criteria set forth by case team and/or receiving party.
- Communicate with vendors (TransPerfect, PageVault, Epiq) and coordinating projects/requests as needed.
- Conduct new hire training as needed.
- Maintain chain of custody reports
- Handle external media received from vendors, clients.
- Assist with internal Firm data collections including but not limited to use of iExport/ProsperoWare.
- Handle Relativty workspace archives.
- Encrypt and decrypt external media.
- Receive and send archived matters to the warehouse.

- 3 years+ or intense Relativity (or comparable) experience.
