About the Role:

The Project Manager, eDiscovery, will be responsible for managing eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion within Conduent's Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) division. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams, managing client expectations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and project plans.
  • Conducting project review meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards in eDiscovery and project management.
  • Leading and mentoring junior project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrating 3+ years of experience managing eDiscovery projects or similar legal/compliance projects.
  • 1+ year of daily use of Relativity and/or Relativity One software is required. Relativity Certifications are preferred.
  • Exhibiting excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Utilizing project management tools and software to track and report project progress.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Adapting to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holding an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is desirable.

Pay Transparency: Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000.
