With 9 separate content sites, we serve the global advertising and media communities a unique blend of domestic and international coverage, with a focus on data led analysis and premium content to support our business strategy of paid content growth through corporate access licenses. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Full editorial management of a dedicated US editorial team creating highly engaging online content that supports the business strategy of the brand globally. Ensure continuous development of the editorial product, with a specific focus on delivering content to support corporate license growth Work specifically with the Global Intelligence Editor to create a content plan for the US market of data driven, engaging market reports. Responsible for monitoring editorial performance against business kpis (e.g. new registrations, logged in users, weighted engagement scores etc) and responding accordingly Skills and Requirements: Significant journalistic experience in a B2B market, ideally with a relevant focus Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field Team management experience Ability to work effectively and provide direction and leadership to a team under stringent deadline requirements Ability and willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and Canada and the wider global Campaign content team and business leads Excellent contacts within the US advertising and media industries a distinct advantage Demonstrable ability to manage financial resources, budgetary planning, and prioritization of projects, editorial production, and activities Ambition, journalistic flair and above all an enquiring mind are all required attributes. What We Offer: A competitive compensation package The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
