EDR Attendant: Chef EXEMPT (Y/N): No SUMMARY: Responsible for fast friendly service of guests in the EDR: Minimum Age 21 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following (other duties may be assigned): •Meets and greets employees in designated service area •Provides exceptional service throughout the EDR experience •Monitor all tables in your service area •Maintain a clean and attractive restaurant •Responds to guest concerns and complaints •Follows all food and workplace safety rules and regulations •Must be able to carry large trays with a minimum weight of 25lbs •Must be able to perform basic arithmetic •Must be able to operate P.O.S. system •Must be able to complete all side work as designated by management •Other duties as assigned by management SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS AND INFORMATION POS System Guest Credit Card Information KEYS N/A SIGNATORY ABILITY N/A QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. Tribal preferences. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma/GED. Required. Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a high volume high pressure restaurant (Casino experience preferred) Six months of cash handling experience preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand long periods of time. Require to lift/push or pull at least 25lbs, and 40+ with the help of a dolly or cart. Requires regular, consistent attendance. Work area may be small with heavy production. Requires being mobile 100% of the time may require bending from floor level to several feet overhead must be able to stand for extended periods work area may at times be noisy and temperatures may vary associate will have constant contact with guests and other team members
