As an Education Apprentice at LTYC, you will collaborate closely with our team to develop impactful learning experiences for future leaders. This role provides hands-on experience in creating and executing educational programs, positively influencing the youth's lives. Come be a part of LTYC and contribute to building a better tomorrow through education.Responsibilities•Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for various age groups at the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center•Assist with classroom management and provide support to students during educational activities•Collaborate with the Education Coordinator to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and suggest improvements•Conduct research on educational best practices and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience•Support the Education team in organizing and facilitating field trips and special events for program participantsQualifications•2+ years of experience in education or related field•Strong lesson-planning skills•Effective classroom management abilities•US Work Authorization•Proficiency in building rapport with students and creating engaging learning environments
