How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Create engaging curriculum and lesson plans that cater to diverse learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of education content
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of educational programs, workshops, and events.
QualificationsEducation/Accredited Programs - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Specialty Certification preferred
- 3 years of clinical experience required, preferably in an acute care setting
- 1 year of education program coordination and teaching experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications/Registration - Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- BLS Certification Required
- ACLS Certification preferred (required in ED and ICU)
- American Heart Association Instructor for BLS and/or ACLS preferred (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
Skills/Abilities - Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of EMR systems, e.g. Epic, Cerner, etc.
- Knowledge of adult teaching and learning principles
- Demonstrated ability to teach individuals and groups of learners.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with patients and professionals of all disciplines

Salary RangeThe expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $35.06 to $52.59 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
