Job Description:
Designs and conducts educational programs for nursing staff. Coordinates orientation programs for new staff members, develops programs to keep existing staff up-to-date, and acts as general resource for nursing personnel. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 2-5 years of perinatal nursing required
  • Experience in education/nursing management role preferred
  • Current North Carolina Nursing License or Compact Licensure Agreement required
  • Current BLS
  • Current NRP
  • Current Advanced Fetal Monitoring
