JOB SUMMARY
- Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the educational programs for appropriate cluster, including but not limited, orientation, annual competencies, ongoing inservicing, and professional development for licensed and unlicensed staff. Assists in developing programs to meet The Joint Commission standard requirements for education.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years in specialty area
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Input data into computer programs.
- Knowledge of Nursing process and standards of care.
- Ability to work with therapeutic equipment.
