Job Summary:As Education Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, securing and growing the partnerships with best-in-class organizations that deliver training and development. Reporting to the VP of Educational Partnerships, this individual will have a mix of analytical, communication, negotiation and project management skills. Other key skills required from this role are strategic thinking, operations management, and strong relationship building. Familiarity with software development cycle is desired. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.How will I make an impact:
  • Perform initial outreach, negotiation and securing the partnership with the key identified organizations
  • Manage the partner relationship long-term
  • Oversee the whole lifecycle of onboarding, training and troubleshooting with the partner content
  • Continuously grow the partnership through identification of new opportunities that support the business priorities
  • Work with partners, internal Product Management and Learning Strategy functions to manage the portfolio of programs, ensuring that skills coverage and program affordability meets the current and future needs of the corporate customers
  • Synthesize and provide structured feedback to partners, including data about their program uptake and opportunities to improve their metrics
  • Identify and articulate skills and competencies required for specific areas of interest
  • Be a strong advocate for the Partners when issues arise
  • Work with partners and internal Product Management to optimize and improve partner workflows
  • Collect structured feedback from partners on their experience
  • Perform research on best-in-class organizations providing training and development in specific target areas of interest

Suggested Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, masters preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years managing relationships with partners / external vendors
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with higher education institutions
++++The salary for this position is in the range of $90,000 to $115,000 and is based on the minimum level of work experience and qualifications as listed above. This salaried position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
