Job Description - Principal Education Solution Consultant - Higher Education – North America
At Adobe, our higher education business in the United States holds immense strategic importance. We're in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable technical selling professional with education Industry experience to drive the adoption of Adobe's Education offerings- Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud within the US higher education landscape. Reporting to the North American Education Solution Consulting Director, you will play a key role on our higher education sales team's selling and driving regional Go-To-Market initiatives, building and cultivating vital partnerships with institutions that define Adobe's future in education. Your primary sphere of influence will be among academic leaders and executive administrators within the higher education sector, both at the local and national levels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $194,900 -- $314,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
