Job DescriptionStamford Health is looking for a full time temporary Online Learning Administrator. The Online Learning Administrator supports all aspects of the Oracle LMS system. They are instrumental in facilitating and managing the employee online learning experience. This individual's primary responsibility will be on managing the daily operations of Stamford Health's Learning Management System (LMS); providing technical support for online learning efforts and creation and monitoring completion of SH online learning experiences. The Online Learning Administrator consults and collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Education, Talent & OD team members to apply adult learning strategies to the design, development, testing, and implementation of new online courses/modules. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- 1 to 3 years' experience working in Human Resources or Learning & Development function.
- Experience working with and administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Customer Service Orientation and can-do attitude with an ability to quickly build strong relationships.
- Excellent organization/time management skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize work with competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & facilitation skills (written, verbal and presentation) including a clear and confident speaking voice that is comfortable delivering online and/or classroom education.
- Proven ability and desire to learn new software and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Experience with SharePoint)

- Experience using web-based course authoring tools (such as Lectora and Captivate)
