*Job Summary*

Attention all former educators! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven, Educator Enrollment Manager.

Note: American Board's HQ is located in Atlanta, GA. This is not a remote position. Candidate will be responsible for working in office, in Atlanta. This is a full-time, in office position.

American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (American Board) is hiring a Educator Enrollment Manager. American Board serves career changers who want to become teachers by providing a pathway for teacher certification. Currently operating in 15 states, American Board is looking for a team member who will help expand the organization's presence.

The Educator Enrollment Manager will be a full-time position working in American Board's Headquarters office, near the Emory Campus in Atlanta, Georgia.

*Details*

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our certification program and services. This role requires a blend of basic technical knowledge, excellent communication and follow through skills, and salesmanship. The position candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented.

You will be successful in this role if you have a background in education or direct sales, excellent follow through abilities, and strong people skills.

*Primary Responsibilities*

  • Increase organization's direct sales through tactics outlined below

+ Develop and maintain relationships with potential teacher candidates

+ Place daily calls to potential teacher candidates

+ Send recruitment emails as needed to potential teacher candidates

+ Follow through communications to close all sales loops

+ Actively maintain primary sales email account

*Additional Responsibilities*

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to assist in the sales process
  • Collaborate with other organizational teams to ensure local schools are receiving appropriate support

Job Types: Full-time, Salary

Pay: $70,000 base salary

Expected hours: 40 hours per week, in office
