We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 EG Technician to join our SaltCreek Team working 2nd Shift. Summary:Responsibilities:* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made- Greets and engages with a smile- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment- Maintains and promotes professionalism- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.* Performs routine preventative maintenance on all electronic gaming machines, kiosks and other equipment to ensure optimal operations and maximum efficiency* Repairs machines through tasks such as resolving Dollar Bill Acceptor issues, repairing cash boxes, resetting systems and utilizing standard codes to keep machines running properly* Assists vendors with all gaming installations, gaming removals and theme changes, including: machine break down, relocations and set up- Assists vendors with all gaming installations, gaming removals and theme changes, including: machine break down, relocations and set up- Assists FEC with access to perform preventative maintenance on the kiosks* Completes and submits all logs, reports and required paperwork to line of support - Completes all required paperwork including: Machine seal requests and approvals from the Gaming Commission- Compiles gaming machine list and log with all electronic gaming information for all facility machines- Completes games down log as they occur and report findings to Line of Support; posts information for nationwide access.- Updates progressive logs when new progressive machines arrive- Submits reports on work activities and progress of work to the supervisor* Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Essential:* Able to follow instructions, both written and oral * Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements* Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability* Able to read, understand and apply regulations and policies* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management* Writes effective communications with team, departments, guests and managementSkills:Experience:Education:Essential:* High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials:Essential:* Pass gaming background checkWorking Conditions:Essential:* May work where cigarette smoking occurs* Bright and Flashing lights* Casino* Fast-paced* May work in loud or noisy areas* Noisy* Potential exposure to blue and or white light* Pass pre-employment drug test* Hand-eye coord, reach and grasp* Manual dexterity* Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs* Sitting up to 25% of shift* Walking up to 100% of shift* May work evening shift* May work holidays* May work weekend shift
