**JOB SUMMARY:** The Growth Officer is responsible for the capture and development of business on a National level. Primary responsibilities are to identify new business opportunities within the federal and commercial medical staffing sector and drive growth through external and internal sales and recruitment efforts. Incumbent will play an integral role in the development of staffing plans, staffing needs analysis and specific requirements for upcoming client human capital needs.
****This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidate's home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this work environment and needs to be reliable and readily available throughout the workday.**
**_Essential Function_**
**People Management:**
+ Oversight of daily recruitment and sales operations including the training of new employees
+ Manages candidate & client relationships
+ Identifies responsibilities for onboarding and credentialing of external employees, contractors and sub-contractors.
+ Develops sound working relationships with clients and other team members.
+ Educates team on client specific processes as related to our business, specifically government clients.
**Collaboration:**
+ Works directly with the team to ensure timely contract starts and client satisfaction.
+ Collaborates with team to create and alter specific content for client proposals.
+ Promotes open communication between team members and client as needed to assure successful implementation of contracts.
+ Works directly with Program Manager's, Recruiters and credentialing to ensure timely contract start dates
+ Involves executive management involved in client operations **Compliance:**
+ Obtains required documents in compliance with standards for employees, contractors and sub-contractors
+ Develops pricing strategy in accordance with applicable laws (SCA, GSA, H&W, etc.) **Position Specific:**
+ Always demonstrate professional behavior and serve as role model to staff and clients/ partners.
+ Manages the client relationship for target Federal Clients
+ Identifies EGA responsibilities for on-boarding and Credentialing
+ Obtains Purchase Orders in compliances with our GSA Schedules, when applicable.
+ Develops sound working relationships with Federal Medical Centers, along with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Cross sells across all staffing solutions service lines
+ Support business development for the GSA Schedule
+ Ability to travel and work remotely
+ Ability to work closely with peers, partners and other team members.
+ Function as subject matter expert in designated territory.
+ Participates in business development activities to build on current client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
+ Attends trade shows and other conferences as required.
+ Performs other duties as requested by Senior Management.

**Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 3 to 5 years client service and sales.

**Language Skills:** Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business journals and light legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from all employees in a timely and succinct manner. Ability to clearly present information to individuals and a team.
**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to work with general mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Basic understandings of statistics and data science in relation to business analytics.
**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to demonstrate and maintain a level of professional behavior with an appropriate business demeanor. Ability to serve as role model to staff at all times.
