We have a direct-hire opportunity for an EH&S Engineer for a client in Washington Missouri! . If you're passionate about safety and environmental health, this is the team you will want to join!What Youll Do:- Develop and implement cutting-edge safety and environmental policies.- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.- Design and lead safety training programs for employees.- Ensure compliance with global EH&S regulations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into product designs.- Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.Who You Are:- Degree in EH&S, Engineering, or related field.- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred or attainable.- Experienced in managing EH&S programs and compliance with regulations.- Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.- Passionate about safety, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.**Travel:** Up to 10% domestically.This is a family- owned company who values their employees, has an incredible team to work with and solid benefits/compensation.
