This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and developing on-site programs to maintain a safe and environmentally sound workplace.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols and environmental programs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
  • Train and advise employees, contractors, and visitors on HSE protocols.
  • Investigate HSE incidents and ensure proper follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and submit required safety and environmental reports.
  • Manage hazardous materials and ensure proper disposal.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in industrial health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities, incident investigation, and project management skills.
