10+ years of progressive EHS work experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management environment
* Comprehensive EHS knowledge in regulatory requirements and EHS technical aspects (safety, industrial hygiene, environmental regulatory management, risk management, behavior-based safety, training, regulatory agency enforcement).
* Proficient in the use of computers and several Windows based applications
* Experience in safety incident classification, investigation procedures, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
* Must have experience with implementation/certification ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
* Must be detail oriented and consistently meets commitments. Possesses good organizational and planning skills, can multi-task and prioritize effectively. Able to document and execute against short- and long-term plans to achieve objectives.
* High level of comfort developing and delivering training and motivational presentations to all levels of associates.
* Familiar with warehousing processes to drive safety within those environments.
